We use organic ingredients when available. As a natural product, color and flavor may vary.
Fresh cilantro and onions with freshly crushed dried red pepper. Spicy yet refreshing, and a crowd favorite for over 10 years.
Only items needed are two bottles of your favorite sweeter, berry flavored wine (we recommend a pinot, pinot gris or tempranillo). You can also experiment with Prosecco, rum, or use the brine for a non-alcohollic spritzer!

By minimum shelf life, if you were to ferment this product, which is entirely up to you, it could increase the shelf life. All our cold-pickled products are made fresh to order.
